This video is an interview with a Melbourne guide dog user who was refused entry and boarding onto a public bus because she was using her guide dog. This was despite the fact that she is a regular user of this particular bus service.

The bus driver even called the police on her and the incident went on for 50 minutes. Other passengers tried to persuade the driver to let her board but to no avail.

The bus company is investigating and going to educate the driver but this is such a basic illegal act that really should not have happened.

I absolutely love your site.. Very nice colors & theme. Did you build this web site yourself? Please reply back as Iā€™m hoping to create my own personal website and would love to find out where you got this from or what the theme is named. Cheers!

    1. We used the Astra Pro theme in conjunction with Beaver Builder Pro and a few other addons.
Jo did all the design work herself for the site.

    1. Hello and welcome to Travel For All.

I absolutely love France and wish we could travel there at the moment – hope to do more food and wine tours in the future.

      Take care,

    1. Hi,
      I will look into this.
We were using an Avatar management plugin but it wasn’t updated and broke some features on the site.
Our site, and all WordPress sites, when they pull in and display your Avatar, they all come from a central repositry which matches avatars to your email address – Gravatars thee site is called.
You can change and control the image from that site.
      Dale.
